Daruma Dolls

The story behind the Daruma dolls if you don't already know, The owner of the doll, picks a goal or wish and paints in the left eye of the figure's two eyes, Once the goal is achieved, the right eye is filled in.

I wanted to put my own spin on the traditional Daruma doll, I kept the iconic shape but simplified the details (to an extent), and I also wanted to play with the colour combinations.

I went for a more clean finish so i vectored this style of Daruma.
